Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is a PDF chart ?
PDF stands for Portable Document Format, and must be read with the Adobe Acrobat Reader program which is commonly installed on most computers, you will need version 7 or higher to open our PDF charts If you don't have the Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed already please visit http://www.adobe.com/ to download the program free of charge, or update earlier versions of the software.
2. How do I buy the charts ?
Once the charts have been added to the cart and the payment process completed, you will receive two emails, one containing confirmation of purchase and the other containing the chart as a PDF attachment. We recommend that you save the attachment on to your computer so that if you accidentally delete the email you will not loose the file. Each chart is sent as a separate email, this means that you can put as many items in your shopping basket as you wish without having to worry about how big the download file is. If however you accidently delete your file, then email us and we will email you a replacement.
There is no members area to log in to so that you can access the chart from your own computer any time that you wish by either opening the attachment contained in the email, or from the location that it has been saved to on your own computer.
3. Do I need a PayPal account to purchase the charts ?
No you do not need a PayPal account, you can pay using a number of cards via our secure online Pay Pal facility. If you do have a PayPal account, then it will speed the process up slightly at the checkout.
4. How many times can I print off the chart ?
Because the file is stored on your computer, you can print the chart as many times as you wish as long as it's for your own personal use.
