Ordering & Postage
Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we believe we offer value for money quality goods and services. Our downloads are sent immediately after completion at the checkout via email. Other products such as books and threads we ship to anywhere in the U.K or World Wide for the same postage charge.

To place an order with us, click on the items within the shopping departments and PayPal will take you to a secure site where you will enter your details and pay for your items, You don't have to have a PayPal account to use this service, payment can also be made using credit or debit cards. Postage and Packaging Pricing.

All our chart downloads incur NO postage charges
 they are emailed to customers  immediately once the payment process is completed

For items such as books and cross stitch products the postage and packaging is as follows -

£1.50 for orders under £10

£2.50 for orders between £10 - £24.99

£3.50 for orders between £25 - £44.99

Orders over £45 are posted FREE

We aim to post these items within 5 working days depending upon stock levels.
